The Service helps coaches and athletes build training programs, log workouts, and review performance data.

- Training data. Information you or your coach enter into the Service, such as programs, workouts, exercise results, notes, and performance metrics.
- Usage information. Basic technical data (such as device type and log information) used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
How we use information
- To authenticate you and provide access to your training dashboard.
- To deliver core features such as programs, workout tracking, and performance analytics.
- To maintain the security, reliability, and performance of the Service.
Google user data
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google sign-in only to authenticate you and to display your basic profile information within the Service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service (for example, cloud hosting), with your coach or organization as required to deliver the Service, or when required by law.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@rspapp.ai. You can also revoke the app's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
